A natural approach to healing has been my philosophy for my entire life.  I believe our bodies speak to us in ways we often overlook in our busy lives.  It isn't until the flashing red "Pain" light alerts us to the stress that has appeared in our necks, shoulders, lower back, legs and/or feet.  

You are the most important person in your life and the life of those you love. Your health impacts you directly and impacts those you interact with on a daily basis.  Having the ability to enjoy every aspect of life, means taking care of yourself so you can enjoy all of those aspects of life.  That's where I come in.

Compassion and empathy has always been a part of who I am in the world.  The role of a bodyworker, massage therapist, and healer is one I have embraced throughout my life.  I would love to share my experience and abilities to help you through injury recovery to improved health or sustained health through Massage and Healing Bodywork.

In my spare time, I feel it is important to give back and be of service in the community.  That's why I volunteer for LifeSpark Cancer Resources providing supportive care that improves physical comfort and well being for cancer patients.
